Back Avenue are an acoustic pop brother duo consisting if Isaac Matthews and Noah Matthews the boys were both born and raised in New York to parents Daniel Matthews and Maria Matthews the boys are three years apart from each other on age Isaac being the oldest Noah and Isaac were both bright up in a strict Christian household however Isaac was always a bit if a rebel and would often get in trouble where as Noah would usually just do as told so he didn't get into much trouble around the time Noah was 6 and Isaac was 9 the boys' mother was diagnosed with breast cancer which she fought for three years until she finally passed this really affected both boys a lot since they were both a lot closer to their mother than their father this also affected their father a lot it really strained his relationship with both god and his sons he'd turn to alcohol and drugs to try to cope with the lose of his wife Noah stayed quiet for a pretty long time and Isaac began to rebel even more eventually they were forced to move in with their aunt after their father had had been arrested for getting into a fight at a bar the boys stayed there for a few minths Isaac had still been getting into a lot of trouble though so she had enough and ended up sending the boys to stay with their uncle who wasn't Exactly financially stable at the times the boys would sometimes go days without eating it wasn't until they saw someone performing on the streets and collecting tips that they started singing and Isaac had learned to play guitar he picked it up on his own and pretty quick too as it keep naturally to him so he and his brother began performing on streets for tips which was helped out quite a bit with the money situation the boys started at the ages of fifteen and eighteen they began writing their own music around those same ages as well eventually their uncle had also had enough if Isaac's constant acting out as well and sent both boys to their grandmother who lives in England the boys continued writing and performing for tips as they found it fun and it bright them closer to each other even though their grandmother is financially stable enough to take care if herself and the boys they loved singjgg too much and haven't quit yet the boys recently did their first actual performance at the Dirty Bastard Hotel and Casino they hope to make an actual career out of singing together
