" i knew you looked like a ball player." She giggles. " I am terrible at pool. " she admits.

Mariko lets out a little "eep!". She did not want a game she had no chance of winning. " how are you at hungry hungry hippos?" She asks,rolling a ball around.

Elle probably seems stupid right now but she had no idea what the game was.

"Probably sound so dumb right now but what is hungry hungry hippos?"

Elle laughs.

"Sounds like fun, I hope big brother has one know because it would be fun to play"

Elle laughs.

"I can tell, with the jumping around and the enthusiasm you put into the visual display haha, you should ask big brother if they have it"

Elle laughs.

Mariko walks back into the rec room. Her search for hungry hippos unsuccessful. She picks up a pool cue and starts swinging it like a sword.

"Just a mariko thing." She answers sweetly. She chalked the end of the cue,mainly because it looks cool." You are allowed to stereotype,only because you are ravishing and you are dating me ...mainly the last one "

"yours too?! my father once sold a sentra to an elderly yakuza. i guess yours is more horse head in the bed?" she giggles then reenacts the scene. "auuugh!" she squeals like the man in the movie. mariko blushes when vara compliments her. "why thank you,miss gallo. i heard there was some real cuties in this house and wanted to impress one in particular." she blushes deeper and picks up the cue ball. she sighs happily before speaking. "i wish these days could never end,you know?"

mariko laughs and gives vara a thumbs up. "we do stem from....rambunctious stock. we are handcrafted for trouble making." she says mischievously. for the most part,the kobayashi were all like mariko and her sister. fun loving and hedonistic,but there was the unpleasant streak. mariko scoots a little closer to vara.she loved that vara truly seemed to appreciate her. that had been very rare in mariko's love life. she takes a deep breath and doesnt exhale for a few moments. she had never met anyone's family really.the thought terrified her. what if they thought she was dull? or ugly? or if they were mean to her? "you....think your family will like me?" she asks carefully. she was very excited about the prospect of seeing italy and all the places and things that were near and dear to vara,but she was slightly leaning towards scared. " i will have to return the favor. you can come see my house in osaka...and meet my sister." she lets the breath out. her end of the trade seemed less impressive. she loved her home in osaka,but it was more than a little seedy around her place.
