"UNDRESS TO THE BEAT" - OUT TOMORROW! Sophia from GirlSpice has just revealed on the official GirlSpice Twitter account that the lead single from the groups greatest hits collection will be released tomorrow! GIRLSPICE NEED YOU! A video is currently being made to celebrate GirlSpice's career, the video will feature pictures from the start of their career, pictures from their recent tour, artwork and another collections. Another thing that we are looking to add into the video is some quotes from the friends of GirlSpice in the industry, how you felt about them when they arrived on the scene, what you think about them overall, what do you like about them? Maybe what you don't like? What's your favourite album from them? A personal favourite single, maybe? We want anything and everything! Just leave a short quote below, nothing long. Make sure to leave your name and your band name and we'll add it into the video to celebrate the career of one of the world's biggest pop groups! |

There was some perceived dislike between us and Girlspice when we pulled out of a festival where we were going to be playing before them. That was purely a different crowds thing. We have the utmost respect for Girlspice, they make some very cool music that we're now unashamed to say, we stick on from time to time and groove away to them in the tourbus.

My favourite songs of GirlSpice were "Xplode", "Drop The Bomb" and of course the Moronics' floor song. (Everyone loves the floor song, it's true.) Working with Aerospliff, Thunderwolf and Moronic Changeling showed that you're more than just a pop group, you can mix with anyone and make it sound good. Totally madcore!

My favourite GirlSpice moment has to be the first ever interview I saw with the original five, that interview first sold me on May, I asked her out after that and we've been together ever since. Like WHOA, that's a really long time. I'm surprised she's managed to stick with me!

I was first interested in GirlSpice when they first came out - finally, this may be some good pop music to hit the market, after all the terrible pop singers (Jessica and suchlike) that were getting around. I couldn't have been more right. I've worked with you musically (remember "Make Me A Cup Of Tea Before You Go"?) and in management, and I've never had such a pleasure to work with anyone. It's a shame that such an amazing career has to end. You girls are true legends, will never be forgotten.
