'Talk To The Hand' is a free to download single by American singer/songwriter Britney Black, the song also serves as Britney's first offering to the music world after being in the modelling industry for many years, the song was written by Britney herself along side her cousin Adam Black, production for the song was handled at Roxy Studio's in Tampa Florida by James Orico and Victor Alexander, the song lyrically is about a boy lying and saying that your lies are now boring so talk to the hand.

The song overall has two main genres, Dance-Pop and Electro-Pop, both of the genres are incorporated into the song in similar ways, with both of the genres being incorporated into the beat of the song, also her vocals contribute to the Electro-Pop sound with her vocals being highly altered.

the song starts with Britney singing as the opening verse begins with a electronic beat, Britney sings with a soft and light voice to emphasis the feeling of the song as she sing the the beat behind her is changing slowly as he progresses further into the verse with a drum beat coming in towards the middle, the beat then speeds up slightly as Britney sings the first chorus again with a soft and light tone but with a bit more power in hher vocals to get across what he is trying to say, as she finishes singing the chorus the beat changes back to just the electronic beat as Britney begins to sing the second verse, instead of the soft and light tone she uaed in the first verse her voice for the second verse she sings in a powerful almost forceful tone this is again to emphasis what the lyrics say, as she continues to sing the second verse again as she is singing the beat behind her is changing and once again towards the middle the drum beat comes in, after Britnry finishes the second verse she begins to sing the second chorus again with a soft and light tone but backed with a slightly powerful tone Britney almost towards the end of this chorus sings it in falsetto showing off her vocal range, after she finishes the second chorus the beat then changes once again to just the electronic beat as Britney begins to sing the third verse of the song some count this verse as a bridge section as it's shorter than the other verses, as Britney is singing the third verse in falsetto once again the beat behind her is changing but this time no drum beat can be heard instead the electronic beat changes it arrangement slightly, as the third verse comes to an end there is then a bridge section again were Britney shows off her vocal range with her rifts and trills all sung in falsetto and in a light and breezy tone, after this there is yet another bridge section but Britney sings this bridge in a regular key but changes key towards the end to once again perform some vocal rifts, after the second bridge the beat changes again to the electronic beat along with the drum beat as Britney sings the chorus for a final time again singing with a powerful and forceful tone to her voice but again also towards the end goes into a higer falsetto key as the song comes to an end after a five second outro.

Pittnews commented that it "is poorly produced, and — worst of all — instantly forgettable track that is mildly irritating at best, but are usually insufferable." TheChannels said "The lyrics are no better than stuff out right now. Black sings about the fact a boy has been unfaithful. Limelife gave the album a mixed review, calling the song "catchy", but also said the song "sounds so manufactured, I have no idea what Britney would sound like without all this technology behind her." HollywoodLife was also gave the song a mixed review, writing "Talk To The Hand is just as over-produced as you’d expect a Britney Blacksong to be. In fact, there are some points when you can barely hear Britney’s breathy words over busy beats and sporadic whooshing sounds." They did, however, praise the songs beat and rhythm. 'Talk To The Hand did receive some positive reviews, however, most notably from the LGBT community. Homorazzi gave the song a positive review claiming it's a fun dancy song with a great message. MuuMuse also praised the song, calling it "fun and a guilty pleasure" Jim Farber, writing for the Daily News, called the song a "dead-brained piece of generic dance music, without a single distinguishing feature," and suggested that the single made Black the "worst singer in the industry right now" R&B singer Amy-Jayne gave her take on Britney's attempt at the music industry during an interview, saying "I haven't followed the story at all, actually, I thought it was a rumor, but hey, I think we're all entitled to follow our dreams. And if that's part of her dream, then go for it. You know? I wouldn't resent anybody for trying something new and you never know what could happen. Britney could discover that she has a new passion."
