IMPORTANT OOC MESSAGE
I've began to notice lately that not everyone is voting as much as they used to. And I know, it's a constant struggle to find time during the day to look over and vote for all the albums up here but it seems the only real reason some people are encouraged to vote is because they're album is apart of the list. So, since I've always wanted this rule on all of the charts anyway, starting this week, if you do not vote but you are still active on the forum, your current album will be taken off the charts and from now on, you need to vote for at least 2 weeks before requesting an album to be added to the list or else your album will not be up for voting until you have done so. I just don't think it's fair that someone only votes when their album is brand spanking new on the charts versus all the time like those very few dedicated users. I think it's better this way but if anyone disagrees with this or has anything to say, then please feel free to comment below. Edited by user 21 September 2014 07:24:02(UTC)

Maaaaybe, if you the user doesn't vote for 2 weeks straight? I think 1 week is a bit harsh because some people genuinely do forget lol. I also think if the user hasn't even been active, they shouldn't be allowed to vote until they get back active, and not just after a few days of replying and posting stuff, maybe like if they are active for an entire week. Some people are busy and all but it's very unfair to come on and vote for albums that they weren't even on to even thank or read in the first place, just purely biased voting. |

I was going to say 2 weeks but I know people lol. I don't need people finding loopholes. Maybe for the first week a small deduction of album sales the second week the album is completely removed? And about the voting after being inactive, I figured some people would do the right thing and wait but you're definitely right, it is a good idea to make it an official rule. Good idea but I think the rules are a bit heavy you don't think? Lol I was surprised to get 17 active users that vote for the FCAs so its mainly because people don't care or are too lazy to vote unless their album is there. I say don't count the votes for people who pop up spontaneously and vote only when their acts album is on the charts.
Also, I'd love if all the charts kind of posted the voting figures as well so we can just see for ourselves too like how we were voted for.
I've been voting on all the charts lately and will continue. Help that helps! |

I think 2 weeks would be fine and I never count on people on here doing the right thing, not everyone. As sad as it sounds, this forum is halfway corrupt for no reason. I also want to disagree with posting the voting figures because there's no point tbh. That won't do anything just like it hasn't done anything when it was done 100 times in the past. |

I'm willing to post the voting figures for everyone because I don't want any suspicions or anything but I will not include the names of the voters. I think it gets awkward between users when your friends vote low on your album. I just don't want anyone to feel pressured to vote a certain way.
