And it's not necessarily 'very very very' bad, though in cases it can be.

I wasn't being a jerk, I was being rational. Swine flu is not necessary "bad flu". Bad flu can be "bad flu". Bad cold can be "bad flu". Normal cold can even be "man flu", and we've all suffered from that!
