 As the prisoners make their way inside the prison cell, they are all gathered and greeted by the show's host Stepanie Ortiz. "Now that you are all here! I just want to go ahead and welcome you all to the Alcatraz Prison! My name is Stephanie Ortiz and I will be your host for this season of "I'm a Rock Star, Get Me Outta Here"! From this day forward you are all prisoners of this historical island, and there is no turning back unless you are willing to turn down the grand prize and be known as a weakling for the rest of your life! (Smiles) You are all here for a reason and maybe you will discovering something about yourself that you didn't know before!
(pause; facial expressions are shown)
As you can see you have not been housed in a fancy hotel nor are you staying at your ordinary prison facility. You are staying in an old, stinky and scary place, that is known as American's most haunted places. You think the smell is bad? Get over it, because that's not even half the trouble you will be facing while on here ! If you have watched the show previously, each and all of surviving contestants will be facing a challenge each week. As each week progresses the tougher the challenges will get and tension will build!
Every time a contestant wins a challenge a luxury item or an incentive will be provided to the winner. We have what our called are luxury cells, which give you total privacy and things like internet connection and top of the line room service! If you win a challenge you earn a stay at these luxurious cells and you may bring ONE other person with you for you share it with!
Something different we are doing this season, is we are providing you all with a celebrity mentor to guide you through the challenges and the game in general. The mentor will have their own luxury cell, but may share it with someone else if they pleae!
During each challenge you will be accompanied by your celebrity mentor and If you don't already know, DANIEL will be your celebrity mentor this season! He will be arriving later on to introduce himself.
In the meantime only one map will be provided to the entire group, so you can all explore and get familiar with areas of the prison. There are restricted areas that you are NOT allowed to go in, and those are reserved for challenges only. By entering these areas, you are simply asking for a golden ticket to our punishment room. Trust me when I tell you, you do not want to be placed there!
Also, Daniel might be your celebrity mentor, but he does not receive special treatment nor does he reserve the right to eliminate anyone. Daniel will have to face the challenges we set up with you all as well. So you all must work as a team. Daniel is also to report any misconduct, so if anyone is caught breaking the rules by him, he is to report you at Safe Haven and you may be placed in the punishment room depending on the action. These rules also apply to Daniel, if Daniel is caught doing anything that is not allowed, you are to report it at Safe Haven and he will also be placed in the punishment room depending on the action.
If you ever encounter with any paranormal activity, we encourage you search for safety! Do not mess with the paranormal world unless you want to risk your life on and off this island! The paranormal world is angry because you have all invaded their space and interrupted their peace, and boy believe me when I say they are NOT happy! Be respectful and make sure you don't cross any boundaries, we are not held accountable to anything that happens to you on this prison unless it is a health risk injury.
So let's start with your first challenge. Now this isn't really challenge, but we kind of wanted to start you off easy, so we will call it a challenge per say! As you can see, each cell has two prison beds in it. There is no privacy other than the thin bars that separate each cell. You are to pick a roommate. Of course, not everyone here may be of your liking, so be wise as to who you choose as your roommate!
In the mean time, get to know each other, explore the prison cell and prepare yourself for your first real challenge! You have all been officially booked, all rules start in effect RIGHT NOW!"
