The single is self-released, through Bill Owens' own record company, Rever Music Recordings. The release is availalbe in three formats: CD, Digital Download and Limited-Edition 7" Picture Vynil. The song was written by Bill Owens and was recorded at the Rever Studios (London) in April 2014. It's produced by the band's leader, Bill Owens. This track has a lot of orchestral and symphonic elements mixed with high-tone guitar riffs. The song features a lot of piano melodies which is not very normal for the band, Bill Owens describes this song as 'full of emotion, highly-influenced by progressive rock and that catchy piano melodies'. Let Me Fly is very influenced by classic heavy metal and the band says 'this song's complete mix of classic heavy metal with orchestral melodies and progressive music'. "Yeah, yeah! Our second single is out now, incredible! We're still surprised of the great reception of our debut single, just amazing...After releasing 'Dreaming In Clouds', we had been thinking a lot about our next single...We decided to release this song as a new single because it's really emotional and deep, in this song we mix modern-guitar-sound with classical and symphonic elements. I think 'LMF' describes perfectly what Aeons is...On the other hand, it's a paradigm really, because it's a very different song from our other tracks, a lot more melodic with a great primacy of keyboards. It has a happier feeling than our previous single. The lyrics are about someone who wants and desires to die, to be free...It maybe looks like as a terrible and sad message but the protagonist of this story considers death as the way to be free, to set free his soul and reunite with someone special." Lyrics: In the night I feel the cold of my loneliness, cold that embraces my heart. Draining my strength to fight, only to breathe this suffering... Tell me why? This is a fucking piece of art, guys. And talk about some emotional lyrics. I'm glad that you guys aren't the type of metal bands that sing about weird shit, like getting fucked by skeletons or stuff like that. This song is passionate and beautiful - but totally in a metal way. Awesome job!
