This is hard work for us ladies - Joshy's Kaethe impression is fine and James is about equally as good as Summie was, but filling Justin's shoes is hard work, and Mikki's having to take lessons from Nick to learn the drum tabs! Nick's like the Goddess of drums, and Mikki's like the - erm, noob of drums. :P
