jayne bounded down the stairs after her morning ritual. she was feeling sporty today,so it was jeans and a sports bra for her. she jumps from the 3rd from last step,making a satisfying "Thump" as she lands. to her wonder,nobody is there to witness the greatness that just happened. everyone is outside. so,outside she went too.

"top of the....afternoon!" she laughs.the bed was extra comfy today,and not willing to let her go.

"hi hi hi,tessa and tati" jayne greets while stretching with a groan. "and you,itchy." she grins at scratch. she cant help but hear the boredom conversation. " i believe a certain person suggested drunken pillow fight." she says with a smirk. "had a shoe in a pillowcase ready and everything."

Scratch sees Jayne and waves to her. "Hola, blondie," he says, coming outside and tossing an apple into the air before catching it. "Who's bored, folks? I'll give you all massages to pass the time and relax you if you want," he laughs, obviously joking.

Tessa gestures to Jayne and smiles at Tatiana and Scratch. "Two sober friends. Twice the sobriety. Nothing could go wrong in a drunken pillow fight." She smiles, looking between the three of them. "What do you say, Scratch? You feeling like drinking a lot and then hitting people with pillow?"

Tessa looks at the two other women next to her and shrugs. "Looks like it's been decided. But Jayne, let's... take the shoes out of your pillowcase. You know, for a favor from one sober friend to another." She winks.

jayne wags her finger at scratch. "you dirty little monkey! its more like you are pillow fighting with just one girl. i think i count as a guy" she thoughtfully says.


"but...but..tessa" jayne whines. "its my idea,i think i should be allowed a shoe. just a little one." jayne crosses her arms and kicks the ground.

"Who else is awake?" Tessa asks, twisting her body to glance inside the house. She couldn't see anybody, but she didn't have a good view inside the house to begin with. "We need more players..."

Tessa frowns a little and then nods. "Okay, you can have, like... a flipflop inside your pillowcase. That's all." She nods, feeling like that sounds like a compromise.

Tessa scrunches her eyebrows together and laughs, unsure if Jayne is kidding or not. She had never been to Miami before - it could have been a horrible place, for all she knew. "Where I'm from, the official child discipline tool is, like... taking away your winter break trip to Vermont. So I have nothing to compare that to." She laughs again.

"well..i like one of those." jayne giggles. "im too punk rock for the pop stuff. oi oi oi and all that."she explains,giving a good pogo with each oi. "you probably have like 30 extra punk points just by being near me,scratch." jayne was kidding mostly. she was only slightly less punk rock than erica hess.


jayne looks at tessa,also not sure if she is kidding. jayne wasnt raised by cuban parents,but wasnt raised by whitebread people who spent time in vermont. "no vermont and no jam bands,huh?" she shakes her head sadly. "tessa,the struggle is real."

she tosses her head back in laughter. "of course,i have. i was there on that atomic war bride tour. you made me want to go and set the town on fire....but i setttled on slightly burning a poptart."
