Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Registered Joined: 09/05/2015(UTC) Posts: 1,138 Thanks: 4224 times Was thanked: 2278 time(s) in 613 post(s)		"Diseased" is a single by the South Korean girl group C.M.B.D for the highly-anticipated debut album, The song is written by Medina Valbak and Daraxi and produced by Aiidan Davis & Taylor Asbridge and is described to be an "attempt to mix the genres of R&B, reggae, and hip hop". The single was recorded in Las Angeles and professionally mixed in San Francisco. "Diseased" was meant to be a group single, but months later Daraxi chose to use it as hers and the groups debut single. The lyrics of the song tell of a tragic love story, but the explanation of the love story is very different compared to other love songs on the mainstream radio right now. It tells of a tragic love story as if someones has been infected and can't no longer love, due to a disease that causes the host to become very unlovable and unlikable. The story of the song continues on with the infected person trying to fight through the "Disease" and begins to regret allowing the person that infected them into their life. "Diseased" garnered positive commercial and critical success, not just for its track but also for its artistic lyric writers that portray the song's lyrics in a metaphorical light as opposed to what could have been another basic tragic love story. The song has also been getting many radio request in regions where C.M.B.D weren't supposed to enter. The girls have also mentioned that "Diseased" isn't the only mixed genre song on the album, many more songs with mixed beats were produced as well by Aiidan Davis&Taylor Asbridge. Daraxi also confirmed that she would be working on songs with other singers as well, and will be venturing off to meet other producers who can possibly add more quality to the album. No official statement about the albums theme and release, but the girls are set to release it next year in the spring, yes the spring. * cries * but the wait will be worth it since Aiidan Davis has said that many of the songs being prepared are "Killer" and "Out of this world". Taylor Asbridge has also said that many of the album instrumentals will be accompanied by many guitar strunged sounds and beats. Daraxi: O.O no dog would ever hurt me..they love me...espceilally the small ones. I used lust in the song because Medina said I couldn't use "lovey dovey"...it isn't a big word suppoosibly. V.v
