Fall Of Asgard is a Swedish melodic death metal band from Stockholm, founded in 2014. Their lyrics mostly deal with Vikings, their mythology and their history, leading to them being also labeled as Viking Metal. The band consists of vocalist Fredrik Erstad, guitarists Stian Andersen and Mikael Johansson, bassist Jens Larsson and drummer Tomt Atle.


The band was created by guitarist Stian Andersen and drummer Tomt Atle who previously worked together on the successful black metal band REÄLM. The band disbanded on 2012 and after two years out of the metal scene, the duo decided to form a new project. The line-up was completed in early 2015 when guitarist Mikael Johansson joined and they started working on their debut EP to be released sometime this year.
