Song Copyrights & Copyright Licenses (CD'S ONLY)
During the contract Boslepel Records owns 90% of all copyrights per album. The performing artists (bands or solo artists) owns 10%.
At the end of a contract the Label owns 10% and the performing artist owns 90%.
Boslepel Records pays the artist (band or solo artist) 10% of each released CD. Boslepel uses €1,000,000 as standard for 1,000,000 sold copies, WICH MEANS AT FOREHAND.
After albums are sold out we pay EXTRA:
In short this means:
We pay 10% Standard Copyrights for every released album at the moment we know it will be released
On top we pay 10% extra Copyrights based on sales figures atm albums are sold out.

10% >1,000,000 = €100,000
20% >2,000,000 = €200,000
30% >3,000,000 = €300,000
40% >4,000,000 = €400,000
50% >5,000,000 = €500,000

The 10% copyrights the label owns after a band or solo artist left Boslepel Records, means that every song that will be released under another Label goes to Boslepel Records. This means €100,000 per song (doesn't matter wich one).

Within the Copyrights construction Boslepel Records owns all Internet Royalties (NOT INCLUDE DOWNLOADS)and Home Recording Royalties.

Perfomance Rights & Royalties
All songs released and played by NON BOSLEPEL performing artists during LIVE CONCERTS OR IN STUDIO's for NON BOSLEPEL CD releases are going for 100% to Boslepel performing artists. After NON BOSLEPEL artists payed BOSLEPEL RECORDS, BOSLEPEL RECORDS will pay its performng artists after each period.

The Shaved Noses with Light Years Away will soon be released

We must still budget the touring, releasing, production and promotion costs of all artists for this month, but the recording costs for the new album of the noses were €4,456,245,99, for two singles Kimutru and Warboy each a bit more than €2,000,000. Promotion costs for all of this will follow soon also. Selling Royalties for Illusion/Failed Youth were €3,079,523,39. Light Years Away will be booked for €100,000 ofcourse for our standard album copyrights.
