Short Bio: Stefani Georgina Vola was born on the 17th of August 1991 in Santa Monica, California. Her mother and father broke up when she was only 7 months old. Stefani's father, Daniel Vola, gained custody of her due to the mother's alcohol addiction. At a very young age Stefani was attracted towards music. She always sang for her dad and constantly found herself being centre of attention at birthday parties and family occasions due to her loud personality and golden voice. Stefani loved to dress as her idols when she was younger like Janet Jackson and the Spice Girls and perform in her own living room. At age 8 she met AJ Price, a girl who she immediately hit it off with and have been best friends since the day they met. Both girls shared the same love for music and both aspired to be singers. They joined the school choir where they met Britney Mathis. The three girls decided to stick together all the way through their school life and share their passion for music by forming a band which would then go through various name changes and eventually become G2L. The girls then decided to expand the band and added 2 new members, Lyrica Ocha in early 2009 then followed by Hira Vine later that year. After performing in many clubs singing songs that Lyrica Ocha wrote, they were signed to Hot Eye Records before moving to Angel Music Records later. The group have became one of the most successful girl groups in the past 10 years.

Whilst fans awaited album number 3, Stefani decided to work on some solo material and her work is said to be influenced by artists such as Tisha Jackson, Cassie Valentine and Dominic Brown. Stefani's debut single, the Caribbean inspired 'You Sent Me Flying' was released on 18th December 2011. It peaked at No.6, leveling the success of G2L's best selling single, 'Party Girls'. Her debut album 'Standing Tall' was set to be released in early 2012 however after health issues and Angel Music Records closing down, she delayed the album. A second single, 'Problems', which was set to feature Dominic Brown and Benjamin Luna was shelved alongside the album when Vola discovered she was pregnant with her first child.

Now a married woman, proud mother and no longer focusing on G2L after they announced an indefinite hiatus, Stefani is back in California and writing and recording that debut album we were promised all those years ago. With matured vocals, developed songwriting skills and experience in the industry, she's more than capable of holding her own.
