Has ANYTHING in life been so boring?! :( I'm currently half way through a 20 page one... have been on it for about 4 hours, lol. It doesn't sound like a lot to get through, but omg it drags.
Anybody else in the same boat atm?

Having work to do on your own time generally sucks.

My daily life looks intriguing on paper if I were to bare all, but if you were to live a day in the life of Bikki, you'd scream "LET ME OUT!" because it's basically fuck all.

I have to read a 400 page book on cultural studies for my Culture, Arts & Media class. That's 400 pages of nonsensical pretentious rambling regarding marxism, feminism, the difference between modern and postmodern pop music (D'OH!), and other nonsense.

Haha, I remember those days of feminism and Marxism... I liked learning about Marxism, actually, lol. :) But I'm definitely feeling the "pretentious rambling"!
Last night I had to read 20 odd pages about the effect of violent video games on aggressive thoughts, feeling and behaviour (20 pages, when basically all they had to say was "there is a link" and why) and today I'm onto "Why do beliefs about intelligence influenence learning success? A social cognitive neuroscience model". Rivetting stuff....
And when I finish that it's onto a 50/60 odd page chapter in my social psych book, then another journal article about egotism and narcissism... I can tell my weekend is gonna get wild!! :(

It could be that your book on pop culture theories was slightly more interesting than mine... But then again, my line of studies (American studies) is rather different from yours eh? Oh well, I've still got 140 years of modern American history to learn for next week's exam... It's that the job market is awful now, otherwise I'd never gone back to school.

I'm reading The Odyssey by Homer in World Lit... and it's boring. I understand it, but it's sooo boring. Other than that school is so so so so easy.
