It serves as the lead single from her yet to be announced sophomore album. The record was released in September 19th, 2016 and was written by Aliya Rose. The Production was lead by Djemba Djemba with the support of JMIKE. The song itself is a R&B/TRAP record. Lyrically, it's about loving a 'soldier', somebody who will love her whether she is good or bad. The song was written during another short hiatus, after the release of her charity single "Je T'aime" which turned out to be a success. Je T'aime was the bridge between Album 1 & 2, and also helped to raise over one million dollars for charity to help victims of domestic violence.• • • I want a soldier
