We thought he'd disappeared off the face of the earth, but it appears that Jamie Walsh is back on the music scene! Jamie, 28, hasn't had the best luck in music since he hit the scene with rock band 'Rebel Uprising' four years ago. While bandmates Gemma Ferns (now Maddison) and Dean Keller went on to be worldwide superstars, Jamie buckled under the pressure, falling out with the rest of the band, calling it "the Gemma and Dean show". After another short break Jamie came back as the frontman of the somewhat successful metal band 'We Observed Mercy', but that band broke apart after Jamie's long term girlfriend, Nadia, slipped into depression then was thought to have died. Now, a couple of years older and "a lifetime more mature" Jamie is back again, intent to embark on a solo career. "I took a long time off to help Nadia, and we spent a lot of time just getting away from everything. Now we're both finally in a good place. I've lost the attitude and grown up a lot and my music has really improved massively as a result. It's gonna be a bit weird being up there on my own, but I'm up for the challenge and I'm sure my music will silence any doubters".
