but when you're depressed, upset and nervous yeah the past is good for you because is a way to relieve suffering and to reassure yourself perhaps from the state you are already in

we have to go before we have nothing to do! if you are a weak man or woman and you can not face it this life or these times you're a loser because you've been through life for nothing! but the wheel is round and everyone pays for his deeds in life, those who have suffered have risen and those who have not suffered now have fallen! but important thing for you is to not fail in this life either you get up or fall for the rest of your life! the choice is yours! to apologize to god is the only thing we can do now! but also to thank her for the life she gives us!
