A new synth-rock band, Clear Vision, have announced their debut album, The Nuns Are Here!!! to be released soon with the debut single, "First Impressions of the Man Next Door". However, the band are looking for a label to signing them before they do, preferably pop-rock friendly. Edited by user 30 October 2009 09:33:09(UTC)

The nuns are here?! Let's fuck them!!
Jokes aside, good luck on the career! I'm also a fan of synth-rock and can't wait to get the album.

Alright, after much thought, we have decided to instead on the titled Clear Vision, because we believe it sounds fresh and "clear" (hence the name) and sounds more comfortable then The Nuns. Also, it's a nicer name than the latter and besides, who wants to listen to a band called The Nuns? Still, the album will be titled the same as before because we feel it's still a good title. |

Mt. Epic wrote:OOC: depends, which label hass more synth rock-like artists, most likely pop rock Well, for pop, you need to go with Hot Eye, but for rock you need to go with us, so really its just a matter as to where you feel your roots in music lie deepest. |

Don't worry about it, and trust me if someone wants you, accept their deal and if you want you can later on move on to some label you like if you don't like the one your signed. Remember your band just started in real life your band would accept any deal, they wouldn't be like "oh well this label is not pop enough for me" Just advice :)

More advice, we offer an open contract that allows you to leave or come whenever you wish and gives us no control over what you do, other than offering some helpful advice. |
