Pretty much lol. It's amazing the things that go on when I'm away. Anyway back on topic

The clean part is beautiful, and the part directly after the slow solo which is just a distorted version of the clean part but with power chords under it.

Miles my boy you forgot this one from disasterpieces.Probably the best song off of Iowa, the title track is really good too. It's my favorite Slipnkoit song and was the first of their set and this performance so it was full of energy.

Behemoth is insane live and Nergal is the influence for Jimmy's "Spore" persona when I RP with SITF.I also love how Nergal says "Sing it with me" for the chorus while the chorus is unintelligible.

Maniac's vocals aren't anywhere as good as Dead's or the mighty Atila (high five forkboy) but his vocals on the slow part fit.And it's the Norwegian Black Metal National Anthem so I had to put it up.There used to be an awesome Satyricon video of mother north live but that isn't there anymore so I posted this instead.

Off of one of my favorite live DVDs.

This one just kicks ass. Ace Frehley is probably the best terrible guitarplayer of all time. Great shit.

My personal favourite live performance is Green Day - Bullet In A Bible.
Although interestingly i hadn't seen Beyonce perform live on TV before because i'm generally not a fan, i'm not saying i don't like her i think she's brilliant but not my kind of music, but when i saw beyonce perform at the VMA's this year i thought she was amazing and i think she's probably the best music act in the world right now and i'm not even a fan.

Someone brought this clip to my attention. The mighty Eels with their hit Novacaine For The Soul from back in early 1997 on legendary British music show Top of the Pops.

If you're talking about the New York performance that was on the DVD, it wan't bad, but Claudio sounded a bit more strained than usual, like he was trying too hard to hit the notes, but couldn't do it. With Coheed live, I much prefer any of the acoustic performances.

Too much leather chair is unsightly and greatly increases your risk of leather-smell.

This one'll probably bore most of you to tears, but holy crap, from about 4:30 to the end, it's one of the most incredible things I've ever heard. One of the very best performances of the best of the structured ProjeKct improv pieces Deception of the Thrush, although the Masque variations on Thrush by ProjeKct 3 come pretty close, and I really love the ProjeKct 2 Sus-tayn-z pieces, and all the multitudinous incarnations of Seizure/CCCC, oh and Spy Critter which obviously became ProjeKct X's PHENOMENAL Heaven & Earth.

Oh, and the audio from this, from the live tour EP, a really kick ass re-imagining of the original with David Byrne performing the parts that were originally a sample of a crazy evangelical preacher. Man, that was a cool show.

That's kind of how I always imagined Sigur Rós playing really.

Bruce Springsteen is probably my favourite live performer.
I think Green Day are probably the best live band around at the moment.
