I've never been to Stornoway. Which is a shame really considering I'm moderately obsessed with the idea of the place, the accent is stunning and everybody seems to be the sort of fundie who thinks that the only thing you can do on a Sunday is go to church, come home and then read the bible.
Amusingly enough, my mum grew up in one of those houses. Until they got a telly. Then my grandad suddenly stopped doing nothing on Sundays and watched that. Hah, some Wee Free he was |
