"i am ready for you to go." lydia winks to fabriano and crosses her ankles to show that she is staying put. she giggles a little when jo eats it. " what,he didnt pounce on the pepper and subdue it before eating?! you're slipping,jo!"

"one down,four to go." mariko says looking expectantly to her islanders.

Fabriano sees Jo returning and decides to take his step. He walks up to Kegan all with his elegant, fierce attitude and nods at him. So Kegan gives him the pepper. He looks back, winks confidently at his bandmates and Lydia and then puts the pepper into the mouth. His face goes red, he puts hands in pockets trying to keep it cool and still look elegant. Things turning worse as he closes eyes, trying not to show any pain, still evident on his face anyway. After a few minutes like this, you can tell he swallows. He looks at Kegan and nods, as in to say he did it. As he returns to his island mates, he smirks confidently grabbing some milk.
Natasha jumps excited "Yaayyy boy!", Zafari grins and gives him a pat on the back, Jo shouts happy at him with his rude manners and David and Rose just smile, the latter a little more nervously.

Audience in the studio also applauds as Kegan says. "Alright 3 left to go, who comes?" He then sees Say'Ron. "Nice, ok. Here! Take it." He also sees Lydia and as the audience applauds for her as well, he gives her a pepper too. "Great guys, you're going well. 1 left to win".

"the pepper didnt affect fabriano,he's too hot already." erich says,pretending to fan himself. "i expect big things from sauron. hes the bad guy in the lord of the rings,you know. i guess he shaved the beard before coming to the island."


lydia looks at the pepper and sighs. it looked a lot smaller when others were eating it. her plan was originally to just swallow it whole. but that wasnt going to happen. she glares at mariko for getting her to do this. "i am just saying,if i do this and we win? you guys better build an effigy of me from coconuts!" she says while giving the pepper a little squeeze. the pepper was very unforgiving to the squeeze. she closes her eyes and bites it and then takes two more bites,trying very hard not to chew. she tosses her head back like a pelican and tries just horking it down that way. she gets one of the large pieces down and then the seeds hit her tongue and she starts gagging. " good god! what is wrong with these things?!" she says with a mouthful of pepper and finally coughs,spewing barely chewed pepper into the air. she keeps coughing and waving her hands while shaking her head. "sorry. i'll keep living off shellfish" she sits down in shame. she spits the remaining seed out of her mouth.

"lydia with the upset loss?! so many bets were lost tonight. i dont think any of us expected that." erich says with a shake of his head. "natasha. famous friend to the elderly is tougher than lydia."



"you ok,princess?" mariko teases lydia.


"fuck you. it was hot." lydia says,turning red.

"if we do more peppers,i quit" lydia pouts. she wasnt expecting eating challenges and this had thrown her way off

"looks like rose's favorite disney character must be hades!" erich says brightly when she does the task. "but,lets face it. hades is the BEST part of hercules." he announces.


"rose did it." mariko teases lydia some more. "goooooooooooo rose!" she cheers.

"i didnt see you doing it!" lydia snaps.

mariko merely smiles and extends her arms. "i didnt need to. we have rice and i didnt need to eat peppers. though i think some of those peppers would work well in a rice dish."

Mi-Ah was excited for everyone as she cheers. “YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!”
