Jo had awaken early today. After some exercises without weights into the wild, using rocks, wood and his body, he simply dives into water to wash himself. No showers or soap. It's still water he thinks.
Fabriano also woke at his precise time of every morning. He had his long shower and morning routine and goes to the beach shirtless with shorts. He begins his heavyweight training, focused as always. |

Alex was up and was doing some light exercises with some push-ups sit-ups and crunches to keep his body and core in shape. Once he has worked up a sweat he when to wash up with some soap and water, now he was ready to start his day

lydia sits around the huts eating pasta. she picks at it with her fork before popping pieces into her mouth. it felt good to eat pasta. there was at least some link to the outside word in the machine cut shapes of it. looking out to the sea,she wondered if they really were so far out in the ocean,or if other boats were kept away by the show's producers. |
