Prior to release "Anxiety" she release "Love Potion featuring Miami & Payton" in May 7th & peaked to number 7 on the charts. As she goes on to become the lead role for her upcoming movie "How To Humiliate Brittany Nelson" she has been busy on getting the movie done as she quiet from social media for a little while as she stay focus on getting her tour done. She finally got everything done before her fourth single could be announce. Anxiety has an features of pop & r&b ballad production. Tika come out with her beautiful unique silky proclaiming vocals on first verse, pre-chorus & then go into her chorus which her vocal is different as she goes into soprano mode as she try to control soprano vocal then she went into 2nd chorus then it went into her second layer of her vocal as Tika goes into a little bit loud on the 2nd & pre chorus as she ab-lib on the chorus a little as she goes on to do bridge as she started to sing louder on bridge as she went in & hit the high note of Yeah as it went longer note on chorus before she could do outro as she ended with tears. The song was written by Cass Lowe & produced by RØMANS in the 2021 at La Fabrique Recording Studio in Paris, France. "Anxiety" is about how that pressure can get push someone away that is like closer to you & that when Anxiety take over & not in a good way & it can affect your life as well & you try to push your anxiety away before it get worse. [Intro] Oh-no [Verse 1] I try to leave past the behind, thing that I'll hurt somebody Not like I just wanna keep this going forever I've been good, do you think i'm not change? I’m so sorry that are collaboration was done behind my back and without my knowledge. I recorded that song as a solo record initially and was planning on featuring someone. I want you know that you remind me a lot of myself when I was younger when I was starting out. You have this distinctive artistry that really stands out and I hope that one day we can work the right way and make something special. Cigarettes is still a bop and you made it super special ❤️ I have to find a way to get the record out as it was unfortunately done in a way I have no rights to the record. I would be sued if I release it now. Anyways enough about me, this record is amazing! I love that you’re having fun! I have a feeling this album will be just as good or even better than the first ❤️ ooc; Tika Mays is iconic already keep doing what you’re doing ☺️
