stephaniefierce: The album is pretty much done on paper. I did say that this album feels like a party but that’s because the recording process was the most fun I had. But don’t expect some party music album because this ain’t it. However, I did want this new album to have something for everybody (talking about fans) but I want it to be a body of work that makes sense from start to finish. Something that actually moves people and not just a bunch of tracks put together. That’s how I felt my last album was, no shade to Lost In Electronica cause she is that bitch in her own right. This album just feels more like a classic in the sense that each track has its own curious mind when it comes to sound and genres. So there’s that exploration there and then there are songs that dwell on a genre I never touched which is very exciting because it’s something I’ve been meaning to do for the longest time. The pay off is just so great and makes sense on this album. Currently the only challenge I’m facing is putting things in actual order for the track list and marrying the visuals because that’s always been a huge part of my artistry. I’m currently studying the emotions that I get from each track and right now the biggest challenge is making sure each track is placed correctly. Visually we are trying to maximize the level of entertainment level and artistry you’ll see. Give you something fresh. I want you to be like “shit I haven’t seen that before but I maybe I can dig this . No other pop girl has done that”. I want you to be totally slayed. No hair follicles in tact ya know. Buttttt…. There’s also this level of simplicity as well. Some songs are more in touch with my emotions and the respect of instruments, vocals and my musician side. Each thing is thought of and has a purpose. The clues, the teasing and the message behind it will hopefully leave people with something they can remember and hold with them. That’s the goal. I really care about this album so I’m gonna take my time and that might make some of my fans impatient but it’s something I put in my head from the moment I laid the first note..” - Message from Stephanie Fierce
