Good track, although I find that album to be kinda dull on the whole. Their first LP gets way more spins here.

I pretty much adore everything Rev Bizarre, but I must admit that Crush The Insects holds a special place for me as it was my entry point for the band, the first record I heard by them, and have been hooked ever since.

Man. On there final ever tour, they didn't play in Glasgow. But I was in London when they played there. Unfortunately some dickhead promoter had the farewell UK show for Reverend Bizarre & the probably last ever Emperor show on in the same city on the same night and I was really fucking gutted. Because it had to be Emperor, but I'll always know that I missed the Reverend and that is upsetting.

I'm listening to Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit from The Word on Channel 4 in 1991.

Too much leather chair is unsightly and greatly increases your risk of leather-smell.

I saw them live in errr... September 2005 I believe, on the Crush the Insects tour. Fucking great concert, they even played "Demons Annoying Me". I remember getting their first CD when it came out in '03 and being pretty damn impressed by it. WARNING still blow them away though, I'm still kicking myself for missing them when they played in Rotterdam.

When all is said and then, my favorite REVEREND BIZARRE recording is their side of the split with RITUAL STEEL, "Blood On Satan's Claw". Brilliant doom-fueled MERCYFUL FATE worship.
