Bellows appears on the screen for his first attempt at Instagram Live. Filmed at his home in the Hollywood Hills he moves the phone slightly, you can’t see too much of his home from behind him but it looks like it’s designed with a typical modern décor style. Bellows appears under-stated in a plain white t-shirt and appears relatively fresh faced as he begins his very first Instagram live.

“What’s good?” he says as the numbers start rising and comments begin flooding through onto the screen. “First time trying this shit out. Ain’t gonna be on here for too long, just wanted to jump in and see what’s happening out there.” He stops for a second as his begins reading some of the comments flooding up and down on the screen. A lot of emoji’s and welcome messages. A few questions come in early, asking if Orion are done, asking if he’s going solo and asking if Aubrey is around with him. He reads these as they keep coming through for a few seconds before leaning slightly closer to the screen.
“I’mma answer a bunch of questions soon. Just wanted to jump on and announce that I’ll be on a track with Kara Romero dropping in a few. Ya’ll seen our girl blowing the fuck up this week, fire track “Signpost” and insane interview with ya dude from Half-Moon. That girls on fire right now and got a lot of shit cooked and ready to go from the studio sessions, it’s gonna be a wild one this summer for real. But she deserves all that shit right now.” He pauses and looks at the comments coming through on the screen once more, realising that there’s a lot questions being asked. “Alright, I see ya’ll coming through. Ain’t got much time right now, so I’ll answer a bunch of shit.” He turns the comments section off to allow his fans to properly ask some questions.

“Alright, lets do this. HoneyCombQueen, she saying How did you react when Kara finally got her number one?’ … Man, I always knew the girl had that in her. Huge props to her for finally claiming the number one, they finally giving her the flowers that her talent deserves. That’s all her on this one, no doubt. But she said it herself that she wanted momentum this time around so we gotta pump that shit out. I’m jumping on the track and it’s dropping in the next couple days, thought I’d give it from a difference perspective but we’re keeping true to the original track. Couple little changes but nothing too major, just trying to find the space to get a couple of verses from ya boy on the hit. Not sure if we can eclipse the original version but we’re gonna give it a go.

Next, from ThaCultureSquared, Why did ya’ll decide to jump on the track?’ … The version she dropped on her own was fire, But I ain’t gonna lie, it felt like the track was incomplete to me. Like ya’ll were hearing just one side of the argument and people been out here having this battle for a real long time, it felt right to highlight both sides with this one. Us dudes get a reputation for being simple minded and only after one thing, it was a trip to get to jump on the track and show that we can be involved in shit that was one sided too. Looking for a little more feeling, a little more love and not getting it. End of the day though, an open relationship only works if ya’ll are both playing the game. If ya’ll are calling it an open relationship and only one of you is fucking around wit some other then that shit is gonna crash and burn pretty hard. Real talk. I think this version shines a light on that.

We’ll jump into another, I get this one asked too much but I’ll finally answer it. From OrionUniverse, ya’ll already know what this shit is about, Are Orion done now that you’re jumping on tracks solo?’ … We ain’t never said we were finished, we had a crazy two year debut run. Dropped the album and took some time to enjoy the shit that came from that success. We’re far from finished, when we’re gonna hook up and start recording again together ain’t planned yet, but before the end of the year for sure. We got some other stuff lined up before then though, ya’ll will be seeing us. For that solo shit though, I’m open to working with anybody right now, I’m always working on shit that would be my own. There’s no timeframe in place but there’ll be some solo stuff along the way.

We’ll keep it going for a few more, let’s see. archaicnature247 asking this one, What you got lined up for the rest of the year? … We wanna try to keep shit under wraps, but ya’ll can expect to hear something pretty soon that’s gonna keep Orion busy for a while. I ain’t giving details but we’re gonna be touring like fucking crazy for a while. We ain’t had that opportunity since we dropped our debut, so we wanna go all in for that shit and we’ll be bringing the fire. You can believe that.

Alright, couple more and then ya boy’s gotta dip, RealGirlShit keeping it simple, Where’s ya girl at, ya need to stop being private? … Ya’ll are wildin’ online. I see so many comments about us being too private, Aubrey’s out there getting her bag in New York right now. I been out there for the last three weeks working on some stuff and we been hooking up wit each other out there, just back in Cali for a few days and then I’mma be back out in NY working again. So we’ll link back up again in a few. We both got busy schedules but we keep it fresh. I don’t know what ya want from us to stop being private, we do our thing behind closed doors. Keep the drama out as much as we can, ya’ll have seen how crazy it gets out there.

Last one for this thing, flowersforqueens got one before we go, You’ve worked with three fire women in Aubrey, Marina and Kara recently. How did they differ? … They’re all fucking fire but in their own ways. Aubrey came in and brought that star power, she knows what she got going on and she played on that one from the beginning, like ya know ya boy stood no chance when she walked in. She’s a powerhouse in the studio and she got that aura about her that just puts you in awe, she a huge flirt from day one too. She knew what she wanted and she went and got it, straight up. She had me right away. Marina is a fucking vibe, she so damn chill like she can always hang. She was there on her off days, just hanging with us, smoking blunts and giving her opinions on the shit that we were doing and the shit we had going on in our worlds. She’s a real one for sure. And Kara, we’ve known her the longest, she’s chill to be around but you know she gonna put up a fight on shit when she needs to. She’s got your back every time. We got three good ones right there.”

Bellows turns of the questions section and switches back to comments, they immediately start flooding in again, he grabs the phone and stands up. “Alright, we gotta shut this shit off for now. We’ll do this again soon. Peace” before turning off the Instagram live, ending the feed after around fifteen minutes.
