You payed attention to Chris Crocker?

Yes. The man has very wise videos, "Leave Britney Alone" is acting. He hinted himself. Is it because he's gay that he can't be listened to? Anyway please don't go on about this, it is posts like yours that make this Brick wall Brick wall Brick wall

Okay okay sorry... No, it isn't because he's gay, he just seems a bit whiny that's all. I have many friends who are gay. I don't want to bring it off-topic anyway, go on.

Its okay sweetheart :) Just making sure you're not one of those Anti-Gay members.

while i am in no way a fan.... thats a silly comment.

what a person does in their life does not mean you can not like and enjoy the music they make if you think it is good music... SO if people think he makes some good songs, then why shouldn't they buy them, listen to them and enjoy them?
surely he has no paid his debt to society, thats what the punishment system is there for.

does MJ's repeated law suits about kiddie fiddling stop you from enjoying his music?
Does Polanski's arrest for raping a 13 year old girl stop you from enjoying his films?
what about the countless number of "stars" who have been arrested for drunk driving? should we be shunning them as well, as lets face it they could quite easily have killed somone while behind the wheel in that kind of condition.....

Unfortunately, most of the pop audience kinda disagrees. Example, Vanilla Ice.

Exactly.

However I disagree with what RoseJapan, yes he will be just as famous however how the hell do you know what he's like as a person? Unless you've met him which I very much doubt you have no clue about what he's capable of and how he is as a person.

I never said i knew what he was like as a person. All i know is what he's like as an artist. In one of his interviews i disagree with what he said. He said he doesnt think people expect too much out of him but i think they do. Everyone expects him to be like this sweet innocent guy. Everyone has issues they need to work on. Every star is gonna slip up in some way and some will be bigger slip ups then others. That was his. He's trying to move past that and so is half the world. He's human, like he said, and he has feelings too.

I think it'll all pass. Most of the people that say they hate him now will eventually forgive him because you can hate him all you want but you still listen to his songs.

You cannot speak for everyone and claim that. Not everyone likes him. His tour ticket sells are low now. And to me his music is not all that. I can tranform ya is one of his worst single ever. To be more specific. His worse single to date In my opinion.

Crawl is not that special either. It sounds like a soundtrack song.

Um excuse me, have you heard of a radio. They play his songs now and when I heard he had a new song of course I'm going to listen it out of curiosity. That doesn't mean I like him or his songs. When I heard the song after halfway I changed the station. I have listen to his music in the past because In order for me to find out if I liked him that's what I did.

Anyway, Chris Brown admitted himself that he hit her and of course everyone makes mistakes but HIS FANS are making him look worse by bashing on Rihanna. What does her forehead have to do with her almost getting killed by the pussy that Chris Brown is or saying "IS A MISTAKE, WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES, RIHANNA NEEDS TO MOVE ON". Um, excuse me but since when were you punched in the face given contusions on your head, bitten in the leg and face smashed against a window by your abusive boyfriend because you found him cheating on you. Rihanna has all the right to speak about it is she wants to, she has the right to take her time to move on and she has the right to do it on national television.

When Rihanna spoke about Violence did you know that National Domestic Violence Hotline went up about 40% and National Teen Dating Abuse Helpline went up about 80%. She has made an impact on this. Most of you Chris Brown fans are girls and that's why it is sad. Men are being more offended by the situation and what shocked me the most is that Gay men are stepping in on he situation.

If I ever had an abusive boyfriend I probably would of never spoken about it either but Rihanna gave me a lot of advice and that's why now I admire her as a person. She isn't my favorite artist and her music is all right to me but I know respect her a little more.

Now back to him having success, if his fans keep it up Chris Brown won't be seeing another Top 10 in a long time It is not Chris Brown who I'm mad at now, it his fans like Chris Crocker said "they are disgusting".

That's such a silly thing to say! The point is - nobody cares! Chris Brown WILL have PLENTY of Top 10's and has the whole of his career ahead of him.

Um if his fans keep it up, I don't think so mister. At least in the US he possibly wont. I don't care if he does anyway, a single's charting position does not demonstrate talent it mostly demonstrates fame. And someone can be famous for the wrong reasons.

Thanks for the bold by the way it made my point more clearer.

I'm not putting words in your mouth and I never said you did care however I was confused as to why you were arguing for a point you don't even care about. Exclusive, his second album, was certified platinum in the US, selling 1,920,480. Even if the album sells HALF as well, that's still 960,240 copies which is only 40,000 off platinum. The album sold nearly 300,000 copies on release, and peaked at 4th on Billboard, so it was pretty damn successful. I'd say he'll sell about 20% less than he did with Exclusive if you are right, but to be honest in my opinion this will just make his music even more popular and he'll get number 1 at least in the UK.

Well, we'll find out on December 8th.

Like I said, I don't care what positions he reaches, good for him. To be honest I don't think you're buying his album(not saying that you were) I have not heard anyone but his fans craze for this album. I think it wont surpass 400,000 copies in the US. I definitely know for sure it wont reach #1 in the UK and if it does it will be because hardly any artist are releasing stuff that week. But that's just my guess. I can be wrong.

Anyway that's not the point you kinda took this to another route from where I was going. I am talking about the fans and how they are acting towards Rihanna. they are disgusting!

Half of his fans never liked her anyway like me. I really dont like her with a passion. You cant say that we're disgusting just because we're mean to her. You act like we're supposed to just have sympathy for her. This incident will slow him down but it wont stop him.

To me and to many you are considered disgusting, When someone beats the shit out you for something you did right and then in top of that someone makes fun of you for it. Then you'll understand.

Okay, first of all I'll say I'm not a fan of either of them... I think I've liked one Chris Brown song compared to none by Rihanna but, like most people, I think what he did to her was wrong, unacceptable and for people to laugh about it is just plain disgusting. But, that said, I disagree with people not buying Chris Brown's stuff if they like it. Music is a job, at the end of the day, and I'm sure any one of you would be pretty pissed if you were fired or got money and work taken away from you because of something in your personal life, regardless of how well you were at your job. I just find it stupid that somebody can like a song, but pretend that they don't (or convince themselves that they don't) because they don't like the artists' private life. You're just lying to yourselves. If you like it, buy it, if you don't then don't.

That said, his new song is poor.
