Thanksgiving for me is almost always spent at my aunt's house with very close family members. Not really anything big since Christmas Eve is the big party for my family at least. |

Aren't people sick to death of this kind of sitcom already? |

I loved all of the shows you mentioned (Scrubs, Arrested Development, etc.) although you forgot Seinfeld and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, I guess Curb Your Enthusiasm is a solid replacement though. |

I did not forget Seinfeld, I omitted it due to its age. I tried to limited it to this decade. I've been going back through my Seinfeld DVDs recently actually, which always fun. Although I'm now on Season 7 so I'm past the peak. Something odd about Seinfeld is how few people in this country even know about it. We never got it. Friends and Frasier were the two big sitcom imports of the 90s (and 2000s), Seinfeld used to run on BBC2 near midnight, and I remember a good ten years or so ago first seeing it and being confused as to what it was, especially since the episode I saw was the one where time runs backwards. Never seen It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, CYE is the only running sitcom I currently watch regularly. I'm also a massive fan of Monk, but that's really kind of a hybrid comedy detective drama though so I didn't include it. Only three more episodes left. Sigh... |
