They are one of my Biggest inspiration. I am in love their new song "Soldier Of Love", I love when they say "I am Love soldier!". The song is beautiful.

love them. the debut and love deluxe are classic albums.

it's cool how their records pop up from time to time (it's been, what, ten years since the last one?) and just blow you away upon listening. can't think of any other group like that tbh.
or maybe not

Cool a Sade fan! YES!

It actually has been 7-8 years since their last release. But their new album comes out this February, so I'm excited!

I love the 80s like I love drinking piss out of a petrified frog.

The image is intriguing, but it's still piss.

I don't think anyone was meant to :S

However, I assume in his strange way he meant that he doesn't like the 80's? Or he does like the 80's. Something about the 80's.

See, if he was like everyone else, I'd assume he didn't like the 80's after the frog comment. But it's him. :P

They didn't wear retarded clothing in the 80's. It was cool. I mean look at what people wear nowadays.

Can we stop talking about clothes? This is about Sade, who are equally as cool as the clothing.

Yeah, okay, florid gibberish aside, I hate the 80s. If they made one of those "I Love the 80s" programmes, but made it "I Hate the 80s", I'd still not watch it because I hate the 80s. It's not that I hate everything that happened in the 80s, but so much of it. The things that make the 80s the 80s, the very stuff the 80s was made of, such a cheap tacky façade behind which lies absolutely nothing of value. And the façade, it's so thin you can puncture it with a little pin and then POP, a short sharp burst and then nothing. Like the slowly descending particles of perfume that fail to land on the skin, evaporating into the atmosphere, or landing upon and soaking into the carpet.

Oh shit, I did it again.

In summary: 80s? No thanks.

Oh harhar.

You seem to think that I'm some kind of stoner/waster, when I'm actually quite the gentle soul.

Oh hurrah I'm cyber-bullied because I have a sense of humour now am I ? ;)

Can I just say that I find Sade awful by the way. The best thing to come out of the 80's was Mageret Thatcher. Well, actually, the best thing to come out of the 80's was Frankie Goes To Hollywood. If anyone say's MTV, I will die a little bit inside.

My favorite album from Sade will have to be Diamond Life (Their first). I love the R&B, Jazz feel of it.
