With the help of the Madbirds mission and whoever else happens to be there at the time, the 12th album of Moronic Changeling will be good to go soon.
"It's going to be the longest album yet," said Jimmy Bishop, manager and one of two session guitarists. "And probably the weirdest too .... with Kamikaze Kate - the one and only - being one of the main driving forces behind the songwriting, there are some bizarre ideas for tracks. Not just a little bit strange, we're talking total madness."
"Apart from that, you are going to love this work," says Somerset Bissell, bassist. "This isn't something you can download the leak of and put on shuffle. You have got to live every moment of it. Breathe it in through your ears, breathe it out through your mouth. Really take it in, laugh with us, laugh at us, sing it, dance to it, love it."

m.m.x has no release date because of reasons beyond our control. Moronic Changeling are signed to Dark Blue Music, care of Jimmy B. They are label-unsigned. |

Somerset : First stop - Bikki, who has an excellent idea for a song. After singing some of 'Jamestown Virginia' (which has nothing to do with Jamestown in Virginia, the name's a bit random but it's the right name), I could tell, from the evil smile on Nick's face, that this is going to be on the album. I could see that flame in her eyes, she was building drum tablature in her head, and liking what she was making.
The basic idea of the song - imagine that you knew you had a completely awesome superpower, but you never got to say a word to anyone about it. You can't use it of course, because you don't know how to. There's nobody to ask, because the people who know won't talk, it's such a social taboo. Heck, you don't even know who those people are. In this song, you get the chance to talk about it, the social taboo comes to an end - and you're so happy that you can finally spit it out. The problem is, that for various reasons, it's gone. These three WERE Supergirls, but because of society keeping things hidden, they never got to show it. You like?
'Jamestown Virginia' is in a hardcore punk style, angry enough to slap you in the face, but at the same time, catchy enough to stick in your head. Perfect for Moronic Changeling!Edited by user 14 January 2010 02:26:31(UTC)
