Michael lenti has arived at the scene. He has walked up to the front of the crowd with his bodyguards to talk to Blaine.
Michael: Blaine, what are you doing?
Blaine: Oh, you know, grabbing a smoke. What's it look like I'm doing, you dumbshit?
Michael: Blaine, i don't know why you're taking this so hard.
Blaine: I'm not. You ain't a problem.
Michael: Really?
Blaine: Yeah.
Michael: Are you sure? Or are you just trying not to sound pathetic?
Blaine: I'm not. Now leave me alone.
Michael: Blaine, you can't live like this forever. You gotta stop drinking. You know why you got in this mess? Cuz you started drinking too much. Now come on. This isn't the same Blaine Johnson that I know of. We've been through a lot, since we were little kids, we've been great friends. I don't want this to happen to you. Your downward spiral is really scaring me. Everybody is worried. Tim's worried. Rob's worried. Jimmy's worried. I'm worried. Everybody here I'm sure is worried. Your fans our worried. Come on now, Blaine. Be smart.
Blaine: Shut up okay! You just want to look like the big hero, trying to save the day again! I don't fuckin' care Michael! Go to hell! Get the fuck out of here! Lemme do this in peace! You no longer mean nothing to me! All those years, wasted! I hope you rot in hell!
Michael: Blaine........Buddy, please, get down from there. We've had our feuds, but this...this is just...
Michael starts building tears in his eyes.
Michael: Blaine, you're still my best friend, and I don't want you to hate me for what I have done. It's just, life is so hard. There's no moment of rest. We just can't be humble. We have to work harder and harder to get more and more done, and it's just been driving me crazy! Blaine, I don't want you to do this because of my uncontrolled anger! Please, come down. I love you man. I love you like a brother. We've been through so much, and I don't want this to end like this. Please, for the last time, come down. You need some help. And I'll be there by your side. I'll go to rehab with you. We'll go to counseling together. Come on now. let's go back to the way it was.
Blaine has also broke down to tears.
Blaine: Things are never going to be the same.
Michael: Yes, they can. We can just forget about this, and live our lives.
Blaine: I dunno if I can.
Michael: Maybe not now, but soon we will. You think I can? I'm no superhero. I constantly worry. I'm afraid for you, Blaine.
Blaine:...........alright, I think I want to come down now.
Crowd starts to cheer as a ladder comes over Blaine's balcony. Blaine climbs down, and he and Michael embrace in a great, big, brotherly hug.
