Is anyone watching.I only watch the freestyle snowboard and skiing events (the superpipe in particular) but I find some stuff entertaining. What's your favorite event, what are you looking forward to?I'm really looking forward to seeing how Kazuhiro Kokubo does in the Superpipe because he almost beat Shaun White at the X games (he was 3 points away) I don't want him to take the gold simply because Shaun's American but he's still good I think it's funny that the Japanese were made because he dressed improperly when he landed in Vancouver (His pants were sagging, his shirt was un-tucked,and his tie was loose)

I enjoy watching hockey mostly because I love watching the rivalry between Ovechkin and Crosby.

I actually got some tickets for my friends and I to see the snowboarding freestyle placement round, and we actually live close enough to conveniently drive back and forth everyday, so my schedule is alternating between going nuts in Vancouver and then crashing back in lovely Seattle.

Damn you for living in that part of the world.

Not because of the Winter Olympics mind you, because I don't care even a little bit about that or any other sporting event. I just want to live in Vancouver. Forever.

I would, but too damn expensive, and not enough of a struggling metal scene for me to make a living off. Fantastic place, I have to admit.

Yeah, I was gonna mention Lamb Of God, but then you excluded richmond. Damn, I thought I was gonna get a chance to sound smart for once. Eh, whatever. Nah, see, there is a scene in Seattle, its just either you play post-grunge/avant garde garage rock, or your in a metal band who's myspace openly states, 'The metal band to take back Seattle's pride from Nirvana', or some bullshit like that. I just go out every night hoping there are enough metal heads in this damn city who either don't care or have gotten past the whole grunge era to actually make some money, so, not the same predicament as you, but a predicament none the less.

Couldn't care less about the Winter Olympics. I find the Australian media's coverage of the event utterly sickening...blah blah blah blah blah WE GOT A SILVER MEDAL YAAAAAHHHHHHH WHAT A MOMENT! BLAH BLAH! It's funny how the media here can take an ordinary performance and turn it into some sort of victory, like the young girl sent over for the skiing obstacle course thinga majig. The way they talked up here performance you'd thought she got through to the next round but no, she finished 24th out of 27th. Wankers.

My home country Russia is up a huge asshole right now. But, they'll get back up. I've noticed Russia is a second week team rather than a first week one. They always steal away the rest of the medals second week, which is also the week with the most medals.

And at the last minute, Canada does some annihilation, which pushed them to the Number One Position.
