Never really been a fan of any of Glen's work to be honest. I think he lost any respect from me when some dude took him out in one punch. Ridiculous someone that big could possibly be out that fast.

I honestly don't see how The Clash are considered punk except lyrically. They aren't fast orr anything, the sound isn't harsh like the pistols or Ramones, even the Buzzcocks are more punk. |

He may be buff, but he's what, 5'2"? Never listened to THE MISFITS tbh. Do like the first two Glenn Danzig solo records though.

Don't have to be fast to be punk, plus they dabbled in shizzle like Ska though so a lot of their stuff wasnt just straight up punk. But a lot of 'Give Em Enough Rope' was relatively fast. |

Punk was a rather broad term more reflective of an attitude and mindset than a particular form of music. Though I don't know how anyone can deny that the Clash debut was punk. :-\ |

And yeah I like Misfits now and then, I never enjoyed Danzig though, Samhain is a bit better, though I still dont like it that much. |

I just didnt liked it, Mother was the best song of that album, and it's an average song for me, maybe my system disagrees with its title because Pink Floyd wrote it first. |
