Kieran Marks has left alternative rock band The Verdict Is Vengeance!After talking with band mates, who had read what he said during his last interview with the press, he decieded that the band was not what he wanted, and was going in the wrong direction. This has shocked fans of the band, and has made people wonder about the future of The Verdict Is Vengeance. The band are midway through recording a new EP, to release before a set of tours with Chimera, the band is also due to play Mashfest just after this.
Lead guitarist Robert Williams has said "He came into the studio, after the interview he had saying how he didn't want to go on tour and wanted the band to have a break, and we didn't understand the change in his mind. After talking to him about reasons he had to stay, we knew that he was going to leave."
According to Marks ever since the band added Sam Maine (formerly of The Reject Message), he has felt that he is not needed anymore, and had already began to make a side project with former bassit of The Verdict Is Vengeance
Isaac Steen, which is due to be announced in the next few days.
The feeling between Marks and the rest of the band is unsure at this moment in time, did he leave on mutual terms, or was he forced out because of his different views?
The question on everyone's lips is 'What is going to happen to The Verdict Is Vengeance now?'
