you post in the roleplay section about your band needing a record label and then you see what happens from there.
e.g (Band Name) are looking for a record label. - (Then some info about your band)
or alternatively you could find a roleplay topic about a label looking to sign new acts.
Or another option is to not use a record label, it's really not needed but it makes things more realistic i guess. |

If you're referring to in TRSG, there are no labels, yet. It's supposed to be one of the planned updates though I think.
