Sage Thrasher is looking for collaborators for their first studio album.

There is a catch though, we'd like to have every track be a complete collaboration with another artist. That means we'd both come up with the track title and lyrics. Furthermore, you get to dictate the musical style of the track!! Whatever it is, we will do it!

Tell us your track title and music style and we'll take the best ones, and start collaborating! At the end there'll be a contest to name the entire album.

UPDATED ALBUM LISTING:

So far the yet to be titled album will look like this:

All songs without a title or description are labeled as TBA.
This list is subject to change violently and without notice.

Play This Album Backwards to Reveal the Secret Message

1. Track (Uber-awesome nonsense neverending spiral of words: [Symphony in seven parts]) - with Insolent Paradox
Description: a long, rambling, semi-hypnotic journey through the mind's eye.

2. TBA - with Firecracker 47
Description: TBA

3. Variations (In A Minor Key) - with Tim Dunn of Axiom
Description: "An experiment in tonality, key, and scale modes"

4. Battle Blues - with Johnny Johnson
Description: "grungy blues"

5. Trainwreck Romance - with Suicide Party
Description: 9 minute ballad

6. Collapse - with Caleb Ryan
Description: pure grunge, instrumental with many guitar solos

7. Federal Slaves - with Suicidal Maniacs
Description: good n' clean traditional hardcore/metal song

8. On The Ledge - with CD of Iron
Description:2 and a half minute pop-punk song with a rythmatic drum pattern and a short, fast guitar solo

9. Timorous Tommy's Terrifying Trip Through Thyiala - with INFINITE
Description: instrumental

10. UnBroken Secrets - with Holly Zona
Description: soft rock mixed in with pop Techno

Want a part of this incredible experiment?
Tell us the title of our album!

Yours in Devil Worship,
Sage Thrasher

Now that we are in, well what would you say if I produced you. And yeah, it would be a long stoner track.

Roxy : I'd love to but our lead singer's recovering from necrosis on his feet resulting in six toes being removed, a badly burnt and then chemically-peeled face, permanent loss of sight in one eye, and potential somatoform body dysmorphic disorder.
Mikki : Yeh yeh, everyone uses THAT excuse. Oldest trick in the book. :P He's released 29th March and no doubt will want to be working on as much as possible. So sign us up.

Eric: Hey, we'd be interested in doing something, if you want! Just let us know, we can come up with a name and stuff.
Kid Anything- Indie/Britpop/Shoegaze; influenced by Sigur Ros, XXYYXX, Kanye West, Blur, Oasis

(Bringing together an eclectic group of influences, Ulysses' songs are sung with carefree abandon by Nick Junk)

Kurt Ulysses - Songwriter, Guitarist, Backup Vocalist
Nick Junk - Vocals, Mojo

Infinite- Alternative/Experimental Rock; influenced by Muse, Radiohead, and The Beatles

(Known best for their experimental music and their frontman's eccentric behavior, the band disbanded after Eric Quillington's death to pursue solo careers or, in Matt Robert's case, peace of mind. Infinite released four albums over the course of their career; Blue Nebula, Midnight Skies, Insomnia, and Dancing about Architecture.)

Eric Quillington (Deceased) - Lead Vocals, Lead Guitar, Piano, Primary Lyricist
Matt Roberts - Bass
Greg Oldson - Drums, Backup Vocals, Secondary Lyricist
Amelia Florentine - Keyboards, Piano, Lyricist, Backup Vocals

"When asked 'how do you write?' I invariably answer, 'one word at a time', and this answer is invariably dismissed. But that's all it is. It sounds too simple to be true, but consider the Great Wall of China, if you will: one stone at a time, man. That's all. One stone at a time. But I've read you can see that motherfucker from space without a telescope."
