I think they look great on a lot of people, if done right.
I am growing my hair out so that I can get dreads. |

No, no dreads.... They make people look like they haven't taken a bath in years!!!
Plus looking on someone with dreads I can't help but imagine what kind of putrid,horrifying,disgusting smell they have!!!

So, no.. You are ridiculous, properly constructed dreads are nothing of the sort. The maintenance for them, and actually preparation is annoying though cause you have to spend ages upon ages backcombing and deliberately attempting to tangle your hair, and such processes as doing your roots for example is an utter bitch. Getting them out is possible too, though. But only with losing a load of your hair at the same time, and a LOT of effort and detangling. Seriously, the processes of tangling/detangling can actually take hours at a time.
