I mean, when I tour in Asia am I to assume that I'm going to Bangladesh as well as Japan? Why not separate China or India? That's a major chunk of the world's population

Most developing countries base their economy on a few industries. And I think the poverty index is higher there than in Mexico, and we are capable of supporting foreign band tours.

We only have 3 major cities actually. What I'm saying is bands could go to Egypt and play 3 shows in Cairo and 2 shows on other cities and move to say.. Greece.

My point is that the regions seem to be arbitrary. And while this doesn't affect the game, I don't think it's very realistic. Different regions have different tastes and some regions are left off in the game or just lumped in with a bigger region. To name a few, you can play Canada and the US but not Mexico or Central America. You can go to South America but not the Caribbean. Aisa apparently includes Japan, China, Korea, the Indian subcontinent, Vietnam, Thailand, Central Asia such as the 'stans', the Middle East. Austrailia and NZ are present but Indonesia and the Phillipines are absent.

My complaint isn't so much that there should be a bunch more regions, that would be confusing. BUt if the goal of the possible changes is to make it more realistic, with real-time planning and whatnot, then perhaps the regions could use a tweak or two. Hey with another region to play with you can earn more money. At least let Africa in.

Thanks for putting the Philippines in but we're part of southeast Asia. The point of putting only 7 regions is to make the game moderate. Putting up more regions makes the game more difficult and putting less makes it so easy.

But shoudln't the regions be more realistic? Besides another region or two (Africa and say, India) means that bands can release singles and albums there, as well as tour.
