I'm home :')
China was absolutely amazing, everything was brilliant. The Great Wall's one of the most stunning things I've ever seen, especially when you look around and see all the mountains. I also saw the Ming tombs, the Terra-cotta warriors, the Wildgoose Pagoda, the Bird's Nest, walked around Shanghai, got on a Maglev train, went to the Forbidden City, Teannamon square (sorry, shit spelling), and loads of other stuff like a silk factory, Chinese traditional art and tea tasting which was surprisingly fun. So glad to be home though, 9 hour's there and 12 hours back on a plane and I feel like shit. Terrible jet lag as well. Still, definitely a life experience.
What's been occuring this past week then, any arguments or important RP's I should know about ? :) |

YES! During today I have finally hit 1,000,000 points on both bass & guitar on Beatles Rock Band. Wicked.
The quest is currently to hit 5 star on medium for every song on the guitar. Which I've suddenly decided I find easier than the bass. Odd that, it was the other way round :-\ |

So I got my first reader call today. I had an article about a bus driver published and a reader called to complain. I wrote the story about how this bus driver was funny and well liked by riders and this person called to tell me that this driver was cruel and mean and he cited several poor experiences he had with the guy. He was polite and civil but I had to tell him that I did some substantial reporting (talked to 15-20 daily bus riders) and none of them gave me any indication that he wasn't a funny guy and gave them an enjoyable ride. It could have been worse, my first one could have been an irate reader yelling at me for 20 minutes. |
