The title pretty much says it all. Mark and I have finished collating all of the parts and have put together the first album from Machines. Which brings us to a bigger piece of news; everyone involved enjoyed the process so much that we will very likely be making a second album sometime in the future. Right now, timing isn't great, considering Mind have a new album, the Nimrods have a new album they're working on, etc., but we all came to the conclusion that we'd like to do this again sometime in the future. Also, there are mild plans for a performance of the album in its entirety with Jakey at a sort of charity function should he recover; plans for that aren't yet solid and likely would not happen due to how many of us there are and how our schedules are, but it's something that we'd all like to do.

The tracklist will be revealed in a day or so, but I can reveal that the album will ship as two discs. The first disc is the album itself, seven tracks, clocking in somewhere around an hour or so. The second disc is the epic Enoch made along with the bards, MAGNA MUNDE, which is sort of a side-story to their final album, THE CORONATION. After much discussion with Mark and the other Bards, we decided that the epic should be a bit more expansive than originally anticipated and contain more of our riffs to really distinguish it from THE CORONATION and create a strong second product. We wanted to release it as a standalone album because it is so good, but the guys in the Bards insisted that THE CORONATION be their final album, so it is getting packaged with the MACHINES album.
