I got a letter from JJ today.
Dear Marc,
As you and the rest of the world know by now my past has bite me in the ass. Years ago I was involved with mobster Vito Carlenito. I met him after a brutal gig in New York, before I was anything. I did some errands for him and the last gig I did ended up with me having to shoot my way out of a bar. It wasn't pretty but this is how I got 98% of my money.
I never intended to hurt anybody. My record company was legit. My music career and schooling are legit. My career in crime wasn't. I just want to apologies to Johnny Guitar and all the rest for getting their hopes up. They all have GREAT talent and oustanding skills. I failed them and I am sorry.
As for The Cold Iron Band, I am sorry but go find another bassist!
