Watch these two artists perform and see who is the better performer..

Performer A is Kapidamu Band, a local band made up of kids aged 10-16. They performed Final Countdown

Performer B is Markki Stroem, half-Norwegian and half-Filipino. He performed Ordinary People

Now what happened is that the judges for the competition had to choose between these two performers and 2 out of 3 voted Performer B.
I believe that was a fucked up decision because Markki has an Ordinary Voice, even I can sing Ordinary People the way he did, but the band was just amazing, the lead singer is only 10 and the drummer is 12 but they are really musically talented.. Now tell me that decision wasn't fucked up

Well my point is that they wanted Markki to get in just because he's handsome, the kids were insanely talented and they chose some prettyboy instead..

Yeah that kind of crap pisses me off, just like on American idol (if i happen to see it) when they let America vote and all the teenage girls are voting 13 times a night for the same person because hes "hot"

The end of bands? Yeah, right. A crap singer being picked over a band does not mean EVERY BAND IN THE WORLD WILL CEASE TO EXIST. Even if the crap singer was picked over The Beatles, bands will definitely continue to exist.
