OOC: I'd love to have Infinite's two upcoming music videos to debut here, as well. If that's alright.
Kid Anything- Indie/Britpop/Shoegaze; influenced by Sigur Ros, XXYYXX, Kanye West, Blur, Oasis

(Bringing together an eclectic group of influences, Ulysses' songs are sung with carefree abandon by Nick Junk)

Kurt Ulysses - Songwriter, Guitarist, Backup Vocalist
Nick Junk - Vocals, Mojo

Infinite- Alternative/Experimental Rock; influenced by Muse, Radiohead, and The Beatles

(Known best for their experimental music and their frontman's eccentric behavior, the band disbanded after Eric Quillington's death to pursue solo careers or, in Matt Robert's case, peace of mind. Infinite released four albums over the course of their career; Blue Nebula, Midnight Skies, Insomnia, and Dancing about Architecture.)

Eric Quillington (Deceased) - Lead Vocals, Lead Guitar, Piano, Primary Lyricist
Matt Roberts - Bass
Greg Oldson - Drums, Backup Vocals, Secondary Lyricist
Amelia Florentine - Keyboards, Piano, Lyricist, Backup Vocals

"When asked 'how do you write?' I invariably answer, 'one word at a time', and this answer is invariably dismissed. But that's all it is. It sounds too simple to be true, but consider the Great Wall of China, if you will: one stone at a time, man. That's all. One stone at a time. But I've read you can see that motherfucker from space without a telescope."

NEW TROY MASCENON VIDEO GRUDGE

No music is played as the video starts off with close ups of Troy Mascenon's face. The camera zooms out and the opening guitar riff is then played by JC, followed later on by the whole band wearing all-black clothes. The band are playing in a small empty room with a closed-circuit camera on the top left wall they are facing. There is no door nor window in the room, only a lightbulb on top of them, their only source of light. It is revealed that top military officials are currently watching them through the surveillance camera and one of the officials walks out of the room while the others continue to watch. He walks through the white hall towards this huge glass window and as he looks outside, the truth is revealed. It's year 3041 and the world is under the dystopian rule of The Man where everything and everyone is the same, in clothing, in action, and in belief. The high official is now seen going back to the room. As he enters, he sees the rest of the officials dancing in a wild manner to the music of the band, the frequencies are too high to high to handle and the Screen bursts open. In the band's POV, the walls of the room fall down and they are seen playing in a platform raised 3 feet only from the ground, the video of their performance was spread all over the World Wide Web by an unknown hacker and the people are now set free from The Man's control and start to rise against the government..

The shot pans in, no music is playing yet. A man and a teenage girl are arguing, though the dialogue is muted. The girl throws her hands upin a frustrated giving up manner. She walks into her room, her father still yelling at her, she slams her door, and when it closes, the song begins. The shot shows the girl in her room throwing furniture around. It then shows Long Nights playing in a garage with a few teenage onlookers. Ryan begins to sing.

Nobody understands
just what you mean
just what you see
just why you scream
Nobody understands
just what you say
with whom you lay
just why you stay

The shot changes back to the girl in her room, she throws a lamp against a mirror, shattering it. In the reflection of one of the shards, you see the girl gathering things into a backpack then sneaking out her window. The shot begins switching every few seconds with the one of the band in the garage.

So run along little girl
out into the wide world
where you can find a kindred spirit
So run along with your life
you know words hurt worse than any knife
so run alooooooooong

The girl is running down the street, just trying to get as far from the house as possible. The band finishes their performance in the garage and gets into a van with the band logo on the side outside.

Nobody listens
you are too young
you are too dumb
you don't know what you're saying
Nobody listens
What did you say
what did you say
WHAT DID YOU SAY

The girl has now stopped at a bus stop, sitting on a bench she puts her head in hands and begins to cry. She dries her tears, then a look of determination spreads across her face. She takes a flyer off of the telephone pole nearby and writes a message on the back: LA OR BUST.

So run along little girl
out into the wide world
where you can find a kindred spirit
So run along with your life
you know words hurt worse than any knife
so run alooooooooong

The shot then changes to a metal band playing in a club.

Run away, just run away
don't stop, no matter what they say
Just endless miles before you
You can make it
just run aloooooong

While the last note continues, Long Nights comes back in with their part, the girl is hitchiking outside of the club, the band pulls up with their band and lets the girl ride with them.

So run along little girl
out into the wide world
where you can find a kindred spirit
So run along with your life
you know words hurt worse than any knife
so run alooooooooong

Words flash across the screen: 5 YEARS LATER. The shot shows the girl onstage playing guitar and singing before a stadium full of people.

You can do anything
anything you want

So run along little girl
out into the wide world
where you can find a kindred spirit
So run along with your life
you know words hurt worse than any knife
so run alooooooooong

ALSO!!!!

Could Long Nights have one of the spots to do a video interveiw with all the members?

NEW INFINITE MUSIC VIDEO

Infinite: Styx Music Video
Eric Quillington-Vocalist, Guitarist, Pianoist
Greg Oldson- Drummer, Percussionist, Pianoist
Matt Roberts- Bassist, Backing Vocalist

The opening scene shows a busy highway, with typical daily noises. The cars all simultaneously break to a stop, and all noises cease. People slowly get out of their cars, and a close-up shot is shown of a foot touching the ground. As soon as contact is made, the piano intro of the song starts. Throughout the song, people leave their houses and abandon everything they’re doing, and begin to walk towards a specific area. The sky quickly turns dark with blood-red stars, and people begin to march in an almost militaristic, slow march, all in perfect synchronization.

The marchers slowly begin to break off into groups of about ten, and all form single lines along the side of the road. The people all have blank, vacant looks on their faces, and look as though they have no conscious thought of their own. Throughout the entire video, random numbers are seen flashing along the bottom right-hand corner of the screen (example; 98.048, 87.458, 67.787, etc.), slowly counting down to zero. The final shot is a bird’s eye view of a long road, showing thousands upon thousands of people in lines of ten. One final number flashes across the screen (0.0001), before a cut to black.

Throughout the video, Infinite can be seen playing in a meadow surrounded by trees. The three band members are kept out of focus, and their faces are never completely clear. Eric Quillington is seen singing into a megaphone, Greg Oldson is playing a piano, and Matt Roberts is sleeping on the ground. All around the band are people formally dancing in pairs, and are all dancing in perfect synchronization. As the video progresses, the dancers’ movements become increasingly robotic and lifeless. It also becomes more apparent that Eric is screaming at them through the megaphone, almost as if he’s begging them to wake up.

NEW MIND MUSIC VIDEO!

Mind is:

Aaron Del Petro – Lead Guitar
Harry Thornton – Bass
Robert Edwards – Drums

The Aeronaut - Music Video – From the album “The Aeronaut”

The camera slowly fades into the opening scene, a barren hospital, with just the instruments of the band set up. The camera pans around the instruments silently. It then cuts to a scene of a young woman waking up in a tube, in the middle of a laboratory. Doctors are around her, making notes and multiple clones of her surround her tube. They all look exactly the same, with nothing to differentiate them. Suddenly, in swift motion, the young woman breaks out of this tube and sends shards of glass flying everywhere. Once this happens, the song starts playing. It then cuts back to the hospital, with the band now playing their instruments to the song. Once it cuts back into the other scene, the woman has broken out the lab, killing the doctors, and everything has been set on fire. On her arm, are marked the words Aeronaut-Prototype. She looks down on her arm, and her eyes turn a vivid red. She then begins to raise herself up in the air. For a brief 20 seconds, it goes back to the band playing. Behind them are men with gas masks, walking in a zombie-like trance. It cuts back to the other scene again. The woman lands and looks up at a huge statue of a woman looking exactly like her. The words “The Aeronaut” are engraved onto it. The band is showing again, playing the song out. As it ends, the door burst open and the young woman walks inside the hospital. She looks face to face with Jason Smith and both of their eyes turn bright red. The camera focuses on the whole band again. The band fade out, leaving just the hospital and the instruments showing again. It then shows the outside of the hospital, in the middle of a desert in the night.
