How was TBS? you saw them when they had Fazzi then? I hear he was great live. :)

I am dying to see Incubus but I don't know when they're touring.

Currently have tickets to two shows.

Rewired 2010 is on this Saturday in Glasgow and is an all-dayer featuring a fuckload of groups I've never heard of, and Rolo Tomassi, who are the only ones I want to see.

And then Converge & Kylesa in 14th July.

I saw Muse about two months ago, which was the best concert I've ever been too... I might be going to see Paul McCartney live in concert next month, and there's also the vans warped tour that I plan on going to.
Kid Anything- Indie/Britpop/Shoegaze; influenced by Sigur Ros, XXYYXX, Kanye West, Blur, Oasis

(Bringing together an eclectic group of influences, Ulysses' songs are sung with carefree abandon by Nick Junk)

Kurt Ulysses - Songwriter, Guitarist, Backup Vocalist
Nick Junk - Vocals, Mojo

Infinite- Alternative/Experimental Rock; influenced by Muse, Radiohead, and The Beatles

(Known best for their experimental music and their frontman's eccentric behavior, the band disbanded after Eric Quillington's death to pursue solo careers or, in Matt Robert's case, peace of mind. Infinite released four albums over the course of their career; Blue Nebula, Midnight Skies, Insomnia, and Dancing about Architecture.)

Eric Quillington (Deceased) - Lead Vocals, Lead Guitar, Piano, Primary Lyricist
Matt Roberts - Bass
Greg Oldson - Drums, Backup Vocals, Secondary Lyricist
Amelia Florentine - Keyboards, Piano, Lyricist, Backup Vocals

"When asked 'how do you write?' I invariably answer, 'one word at a time', and this answer is invariably dismissed. But that's all it is. It sounds too simple to be true, but consider the Great Wall of China, if you will: one stone at a time, man. That's all. One stone at a time. But I've read you can see that motherfucker from space without a telescope."

I could have seen Alice In Chains in February.. No idea why I didn't make it happen. :(

I love TBS though. Can't wait for their album. I'd love to see them or Brand New sometime, because out of that genre, whatever you want to call it if there is a band I like more then TBS it is Brand New. Boo hoo!

I'd also like to go see Rise Against sometime. Still, Incubus is top on my list.

Sometime soon (the exact day is currently escaping my mind) I am seeing a concert with Dream Theatre and Iron Maiden. I am also going to a concert sometime in...september I think that is Orianthi and Adam Lambert. I also saw Daughtry/lifehouse/cavo in concert, and AIC/Creature With The Atom Brain too.

I might go see Nurse With Wound later this month. I should probably get some Nurse With Wound first though...

Then in October, Glasgow Concert Halls presents MINIMAL; specifically Brian Eno's Apollo "This is For All Mankind", Steve Reich and the String Quartet (DIFFERENT TRAINS MOTHERFUCKER!) and Philip Glass Music with Changing Parts. Then also that month Supersonic Festival, then possibly though perhaps not the Godspeed ATP. If they play Glasgow on their brief tour then I'll probably not bother - that and the hassle of getting a ticket/bed/travel/price..

PIXIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also a thrash festival in August and CARCASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! in September, possibly. If I do I'll make sure to get in a fight for the sake of tradition. And possibly a fest with Obituary and Obscura on it.

And Roger Waters doing The Wall, meh.

Yeah, later in the year I've maybe got Supersonic Festival with Swans and Melt Banana playing, in November I've got Damnation Festival which has both Dillinger Escape Plan and the return of Earthtone9 announced so far with much more to come, and December has All Tomorrow's Parties curated by Godspeed. That'll be fucking great. So far announced includes GYBE obviously, Weird Al Yankovic, Neurosis, Deerhoof, Tim Hecker, and Wolves In The Throne Room.

Then it's a no-brainer, even if you have to go walking from Scotland to the South Pole. And Swans? Dammit. You were seeing Godflesh too, right? How was that?

No, I HAVE to see Steve Reich's Different Trains. Godspeed I would like to see, but they said there'd be a short swing through the UK prior to ATP, and ASMZ seemed to enjoy Glasgow earlier this year, so it wouldn't surprise me to see them here. And even if the nearest show ends up being in the north of England, that I can travel to.

I like Broken Bells.
I haven't heard them live but the album is one of my favourite albums this year, it should be a good concert.
