I think I might skip this because everytime someone says "hey, if you like X or Y, you should check out Z" I invariably find Z to be a really bad pastiche of X and/or Y, and if there's one thing I don't care for, it's poor revivalism. But you know what, I just decided I will go take a listen.
Well my findings are thus: they are not as terrible as I expected. Kind of predictable, but adept at what they do. It's certainly a total Beach Boys rehash, but the production style actually kind of sells it. I will probably never listen to them again. |

great find!! They really do have a huge beatles and beach boys vibe!! I love current music that pays homage to the oldies. defiantly worth checking out! Taking a vacation has a great Beach Boys sound!!  |
