Song submissions are now closed, I'm putting together another entry form on a site which will make it easier for everyone to vote so that will be up shortly. Just a quick reminder that if your song doesn't make the top 20 for this week, it will be removed from the song list but you can always ask for it to be put up again. |

I encourage as many of you to vote as possible as without votes, the chart will not be possible to put together and if you were willing to sign up in the first place then I am hoping you are willing to actually vote which is equally as important in order to keep this running.
And just incase you're lost on what to do on the form...
HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
Every Monday, The Top 20 chart will be put up along with a brand new voting form where you can submit your votes for the airplay chart. On this form, all of the songs will be listed as well as numbers along the top. These numbers equal to the number of spins you would like that song to receive, 100 spins for the songs you like most and 10 for least like. You must vote 20 songs from the form, no more, no less! So please make sure you double check the amount of songs that you have voted for.
Please note:
- You are allowed to vote yourself when voting but we do not encourage tactical voting. For example, giving only your songs 100 spins and everyone else only 10 spins. |

Thanks to all who have voted so far. Only problem is that none of them actually voted for 20 songs, they were all either below it or above it. Just a notice that you can leave some songs blank with no votes for them, you don't have to vote for every single one, just as long as you vote for EXACTLY 20 songs. I got one which voted for 23 songs, one voted for 10 songs and another for all 28 songs. :P I've had to delete them all now so feel free to vote again, just make sure you vote for 20. If people find this too difficult then I'll change the rules a bit for the next voting form. |

VOTING CHANGE FOR NEXT WEEK
For next week, I will add a 0 option to the amount of spins you would like to give a song, meaning you must choose a number of spins for every song on the list which should make it easier. If anyone takes advantage of the 0 option and I see people doing tactical voting (voting everyone else 0, themselves 100) then their votes will be deleted.
VOTING PROBLEMS
People are still having problems with choosing exactly 20 songs from the voting form. I keep getting votes from people who vote for every song and also one who just voted for 2 songs. I have deleted these votes so if you made them mistakes then feel free to vote again but choose EXACTLY 20 songs. Thanks to everyone who has voted so far, I've currently got 7 people who have voted correctly. Voting closes tomorrow at 5pm BST. |
