OOC: Just putting the feelers out on this idea. I know around the time of the last Birdies there was a lot of ill feeling to a coupla people who tried to start new awards shows on here. However, Bikki isnt around as much so Im not sure on the future of the Birdies anyway. Plus, all top mags have their own awards shows dont they?
IC: So anyway, due to the success of @Chaos issue one, we would like to announce the provisional idea of the @Chaos awards. The awards would be tri-monthly (around every third issue or so), and would comprise a lot of different awards categories.
As well as this, the night would consist of top notch live performances and a number of other forms of entertainment.
More news to come soon...
OOC: Let me know if anyone thinks this would be a good idea, if not it's binned. :) |

OOC: It's a really good idea, I've always thought we should have a couple more award shows on here. I think this should go ahead and it gets my backing. The Birdies/IMA's is still the one though, but this is a great idea, I hope other people back it. |

On the Birdies - I'm going to do one last one with Raven and Jakey, honouring current winners as well as the best of the past five years, from the birth of the IMAs to the end. It's had a good run, but really, we need to move on. I fully support new upcoming shows cropping up. (: -Katie. |

OOC: Sounds good, but I gotta say, from experience with dabbling in award shows, I can tell you it's a lot more work than you'd think. If you need any help whatsoever, I'm open. Either way, cheers, looks like it'll fit in perfectly with the magazine, excited for this.

I'm willing to help out in a vague sort of way, but don't want too much to do with it. It'll be so weird having another show be 'the' award show. I'll warn you, I'm bound to get annoyed with you doing it 'the wrong way'. |

OOC: As everyone else is saying, awesome idea. @chaos magazine is one of the best things to ever happen to TRSG. |

Infinite released four albums over the course of their career; Blue Nebula, Midnight Skies, Insomnia, and Dancing about Architecture.) I invariably answer, 'one word at a time', and this answer is invariably dismissed. But that's all it is. It sounds too simple to be true, but consider the Great Wall of China, if you will: one stone at a time, man. That's all. One stone at a time. But I've read you can see that motherfucker from space without a telescope." - Stephen King |

OOC: One of the live performances better have the singer drunk and say something scandalous. That is the only reason why I watch award shows. |

OOC: Thanks for the feedback guys, glad people like the idea, will definitely go ahead with it, and will accept ANY help generously offered.
@Bikki - "I'll warn you, I'm bound to get annoyed with you doing it 'the wrong way'." Warning received, and duly noted. I shall take on board all of your criticism as I have nothing but respect for the way you have handled the Birdies over the years.
IC: Whisper it guys, but the first announcement and details of the categories, and how to begin...to...night!

OOC : Thanks (: I've done the IMAs for three years, so it's sort of grown on me, like a type of mould as to how TRSG award shows should go. As long as I'm allowed to scream my head off every time someone misuses the term 'plugging' or calls it 'plug in', complain about how the Birdies used to give me fits (actually, I don't have that leg to stand on any more - my last tonic clonic seizure was on the Birdies before the last one, this is like months ago and amazing) and I did it all for you be grateful you bastards, and use the awards as an excuse to get drunk IRL, then fine.
