I had a couple of drinks last night, I don't generally drink but Hannah suggested me and a couple of her friends go to our local and have a couple of drinks, it was pretty fun, I also won £20 because it was quiz night, the questions were pretty easy to be honest with you.
Anyway I woke up this morning and it turns out the shower isn't working, I had to have a bath, I hadn't had a bath since I was like 13/14, I didn't like it.

You soak in your own filth, that's why you didn't like it. And why you shouldn't like it.

How dirty do you think I am! (From friends of course.)
I don't know if that's the reason why I don't like it I just don't like it. I can't lay around doing nothing for 20+minutes.

Think how much better your country would be if you stayed on as a colony a few more years, like your neighbours to the north. You'd have gotten rid of slavery about 40 years earlier! You could have the Queen as your head of state and on your money! World War I would have ended a lot earlier with Yank involvement, which would have meant less suffering, less deaths and so the punishment for German surrender would have been less harsh, Germany would have been less angry in the 30s and wouldn't have voted for Hitler and World War II wouldn't have happened, and the Russian army in WW1 wouldn't have been so pissed with the Tsar that they wouldn't have ended up listening to Lenin and Trotsky and allowing the October Revolution to occur which ended up with Soviet Russia!

See how much better the world would have been if your darn ancestors would have just paid so damn taxes?

Well, you don't know that. I'm just saying, I'm not mad. Plus, to be fair, England was imposing some VERY unfair taxes on the colonies.

EDIT: Say if your landlord suddenly tripled the rent, you would leave wouldn't you? That's how we felt.

Totally fair taxes. You had the privelege of a king, and kings don't come cheap.
