The only thing many people know when you mention the name Daniel, is freaky Banana Boy. The controversial single peaked at #4 in the UK single Charts in March 2010 but quickly fell off the charts a month after No promotion was served for the single, and ideas for a music video were scrapped. After that, Daniel separated himself from the scene and people eventually started to call him a 1 hit wonder. However, fact is that Daniel was actually taking 4 more months to complete his debut album, which did not include the hit single "Banana Boy". But yet after another controversial stunt. (PS. robbing bananas from a market store), the spotlight seems to be shining on the singer once again. According to experts, Daniel's new singles "The Last Trimesters" and "Anti-social" are both picking up on downloads. Especially in the UK and in Asia. While Daniel's "Anti Social" album has sold only 45,000 copies worldwide, sales for next week are set to increase by a lot.
Currently the album is peaking at #88 on the UK album charts and #101 on the US album charts. But according to a new sales figure, the album is expected to make a Top 40 appearance on the world charts this week and if he's lucky a Top 20.
Anti-social is currently #1 on both UK I-tunes and Asia I-tunes.
